What do you want from SantaClaus?

Yo Yo!
Its Christmas time... that time of the year, when there are large scale celebrations all around the world. Not just celebrations but also decorations and fun and parties and much much more. Its not just Christmas, but also New Year. Moments for the whole world to celebrate. Moments for you and me to smile. Moments to enjoy and moments to cherish. Its that time of the year, which is soooo special for so many people around the world. Brings back fond memories, and lots to jingle along. So what do you want from Mr SantaClaus this Christmas?? Lots of snow?? Or lots of sweets and lots of goodies? What is it that you want??
Did you wish there would be a time when you would get to do everything to your heart's content? Did you wish there would be a day when you would eat cookies and drink wine the whole day, when you would have hundreds of colourful balloons in your hands that you would just let into the blue blue sky and sit and watch them on their endless journey to the heavens? Did you wish you would someday be in a terrain filled with snow and have a snow ball fight with someone you love dearly, with reindeers, sledge and snowfall all around? Wish we didn't have to grow up so soon... Wish we could have our own dream world... Wish dreams weren't just dreams... Wish dreams could come true... Wish reality could become dreams... Wish wishes came true... Wish there was more joy and pleasure and happiness everywhere... Wish the world was all goody goody... Wish... Wish... Wish... I did wish, you did wish, we did wish... Santa please grant us our wishes... Please!! Its your Job TOH !!
Oh, by the way, in this blog's comments, please write your wishes to Santa, you may add your dreams, your wishes, your new year resolutions too... Do tell me how you have spent your Christmas and New Years so far, and how many of those have been memorable ones. It would be really nice if you could share some part of those sweet memories with me.
Feel free to share those small light moments that you have enjoyed.

My new specs frame!!

So this is my new frame.. I dont think its that clear in this pics.. but anyways it is..
A metallic blue shade with dual colour !
I dont know why Bombay is so costly!!
The minimum cost of a specs frame with my dealer was Rs 650...
And my glasses themselves cost Rs 750 (plastic lens with thin film single coating)
Where as in places like Delhi and Kolkata you can get specs made completely for Rs 300 to 400 that includes cost of frame and glasses!!
Even in Bombay you can, but I guess generally speaking, the cost is more!!

Why did the chicken cross the road??

...Because it wanted to get to the other side of the road?
Perhaps...
But then, why should this question arise at all? Sometimes things are not in our hand, sometimes others' hands control things. Sometimes we dont know why things happen the way they happen.. But sometimes we must just let time take care of things. That's "the way" I have learnt the hard way. Time must let the chicken cross the road. It will, and so will you. So you better not worry. Sometimes we just need to have some confidence in ourselves, and our conscience. If we know that we are right, then we dont need to think about anyone or anything else. Cos, God does help those who help themselves!! So if you have not done anything worth being afraid of, then you better not be afraid of anything!!

Home is "home"

Here I am, 2000 kms away from you dumbo!!!!
Not fair at all!!!!
Anyways, I've completed 15000 kms of travelling this year....
Well, I dint get tired in this journey though it was a pretty long one, made even longer by the train running behind schedule.
Eagerness to reach home may have helped me...
Nevertheless, I've got 30 days with me here... lots to do, lots to take care of, and lots to look forward to once I get back to where I belong!!
Small children are always a good source of entertainment on the train... there was thissmall girl sitting on a side berth. I tried talking to her, amuse her a bit, and after a bit of apprehension she did get into the normal children's tempo wala mood. I asked her "Tomar naam kii?" and she said "Madhuri Dixit" !!!!!
